Shipping Policy

We aim to provide our customers with fast and reliable delivery. 

Successfully placed orders are verified and processed in our system within 24-48 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays. Once the order has been prepared, our partner couriers will then deliver your parcel to your doorstep. You will receive your order in around 2-5 days if you’re in Metro Manila or Luzon and around 4-7 days if you’re in Visayas or Mindanao. Kindly note that orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons and other calamities in consideration of the safety of delivery personnel.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.

We deliver nationwide, except certain areas outside our logistics partner’s delivery zones.

If your order has not arrived even after standard delivery times, please let us know through marketing.hipro@gmail.com.

Return Policy

If there are issues with your parcel, kindly send us an email at marketing.hipro@gmail.com. We will help you with the return process.

However, in light of health and hygiene practices, we will only accept returns for damaged and faulty goods that are still sealed and unopened. These items can be returned within 30 days from the received date, after which we will not be able to process the requested refund
